What does a nutrition consultation session involve?
In a consultation, you complete a questionnaire which will give me an idea of your general health, dietary habits, digestive function and lifestyle. I then devise a dietary plan suitable for you with the aim of addressing your health goals. This may include dietary adjustments, suggestions for dietary support, lifestyle changes and food recommendations.
